Guests can choose to relax either in the snug or the larger lounge. Both have stone walls, beamed ceilings and working fireplaces. Seasoned wood can be purchased on-site for those who would like to light a fire. Outside there is a raised terrace where guests can relax and enjoy a drink. The self-catering communal kitchen is a great space in which to create a hearty meal. The dining room offers comfortable seating and wonderful views of Gulabin's grounds with the hills beyond. Please bring all your food and provisions with you. The nearest shops are 30 minutes' drive from us. Guests coming from the south tend to stop off in Blairgowrie (large Tesco), while those coming from the north use the the Co-op stores in Ballater or Braemar.
